House rules
Last updated 11 October 2026
A few simple rules so every group gets the suite in great shape.
When you arrive
- Arrive about 10 minutes early. Your session starts and ends at the booked times.
- The person who booked must show the original ID they uploaded. Without it, the booking is cancelled and not refunded.
In the suite
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside.
- No illegal substances.
- Treat the screen, console, controllers and furniture with care. Damage is charged.
- Keep to the number of guests you booked for. Up to 8 is most comfortable.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
When you leave
- Please be ready to leave at your end time so we can prepare the suite for the next guests.
- Need more time? Ask us. If the suite is free afterwards, you can add time.
- Sign out of any streaming or PlayStation accounts you used.
