Booking terms

• You book the whole suite for a set time, in 30-minute steps. The price is for the room, not per person.
• When you choose a time, we hold it for 30 minutes while you upload your ID and payment receipt. If the hold runs out, the time is released.
• Your booking is confirmed once we've checked your payment. Until then it shows as “payment being checked”.
• Sessions start and end at the booked times. Arriving late doesn't extend your session.

• Pay the exact total by bank transfer, using your booking reference as the remark, and upload the receipt with its reference number.
• If the payment doesn't match or the receipt can't be verified, we'll reject it and tell you why, and the time is released.
• Snacks you pre-order are part of the total. Extra time added on the day is paid at the venue.

• The person booking must be 18 or older.
• They must bring the original ID they uploaded (NIC, passport or driving licence) and show it on arrival.
• Without the original ID, the booking is cancelled and not refunded.
• Younger guests are welcome when they come with the person who booked, who is responsible for them.

• Cancel free of charge up to 8 hours before your start time from My bookings. We refund the amount you paid by bank transfer to the account you give us.
• Cancellations within 8 hours of the start, and no-shows, are not refunded.
• If we have to cancel (for example, the suite becomes unusable), you get a full refund.

If no one has booked the suite after you, you can add time in 30-minute steps up to the start of the next booking, at our extra-time prices.

• The suite is most comfortable for up to 8 guests.
• The person booking is responsible for their guests and for following the house rules.
• Damage to the suite, screen, console or furniture is charged at repair or replacement cost.
• We may end a session without a refund if the house rules are seriously broken.

You're responsible for the content you stream or play, including from your own accounts. Don't screen pirated material, and choose age-appropriate content when younger guests are present.

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
